How do I know that I will like the final newsletter?
Newsletter Artist provides clients who use our copywrite service with two text proofs to make sure that each story delivers the right message to the reader. Clients who take advantage of our layout and graphic-design services will receive unlimited revisions until they are 100% satisfied along with a final proof of their newsletter design. These proofs enable you to make sure that each newsletter, magazine issue, or brochure has the look, feel, and message you envisioned prior to distribution.

How does your mail service work?
We lease a special software package from the U.S. Post Office that reads the addresses and assigns each a barcode. This software also removes all the addresses it recognizes as undeliverable so that you don't pay postage for cards that will inevitably be returned because of a bad address. The Post Office gives us a discount on postage that we pass on to you because we have invested in automation.
I don't have any patience or the time in keeping up with a newsletter publication. Can you help?
Of course! Some of our clients choose for Newsletter Artist to control every aspect of their newsletter. A simple retainer program allows them to focus their time and energy on something more urgent than their newsletter publication. We research their industry, write the stories, design the newsletter and send them a proof monthly or quarterly based on their publication cycle. All they have to do is review and approve...we take care of the rest!
How am I billed for my newsletter design?
After a proposal is presented and accepted, a deposit is required for us to begin work on your newsletter design. Payment schedule is as follows: 50% up front, 50% upon delivery of final proof. Print and mail service will require full payment up front.
